Guests are expected to treat the home with care and respect. Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and checkout is before 10:00 AM. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and no parties, commercial photography, or smoking are allowed.
Pets are allowed in our pet-friendly units. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.
Our rentals feature modern interiors, self-check-in with a keypad, and convenient access to the beach. Additionally, we provide linens, towels, and kitchen essentials for your comfort.
Yes, guests are required to submit a $300 refundable security deposit along with signing a Rental/Pet Agreement before check-in. The deposit is refunded within 7 days of departure pending unit cleaning and inspection.
Before checkout, guests are asked to gather used towels, throw away trash, turn off appliances, and lock up the unit. We appreciate guests leaving the condo in a reasonable condition, washing and returning dishes neatly, and removing all food items.
We offer a full refund if canceled more than 21 days before arrival, 50% refund if canceled more than 7 days before arrival, and a 25% refund if canceled more than 2 days before arrival. No refunds are issued for cancellations made within 2 days of arrival.
