Guests are expected to treat the home with care and respect. Check-in is after 4:00 PM, and checkout is before 10:00 AM. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and no parties, commercial photography, or smoking are allowed.
We’re happy to host well cared for pets, but they shouldn’t spend the day alone in the home. If you head out, please crate your dog and keep time away reasonable. And just let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing a pet so we can make sure everything is set up for a smooth stay.
Each home offers modern, well kept interiors, simple keypad self check in, and an easy walk to the beach. You’ll find quality linens, fresh towels, bath essentials, and a fully equipped kitchen waiting for you so settling in feels effortless from the moment you arrive.
A refundable security deposit, a signed Rental and Pet Agreement, and a valid photo ID are required before check in. These steps keep the stay smooth for everyone. Your deposit is released within 7 days after departure once the home has been cleaned and inspected.
Before checkout, please gather used towels, remove all trash, turn off appliances, and lock up the unit. We appreciate guests leaving the home in reasonable order, including washing and returning dishes and clearing out food items. If extra cleaning is required beyond normal use, part or all of the deposit may be withheld
We offer a full refund if canceled more than 21 days before arrival, 50% refund if canceled more than 7 days before arrival, and a 20% refund if canceled more than 2 days before arrival. No refunds are issued for cancellations made within 2 days of arrival.
