The condo is accessed by stairs and there is no elevator.
Guests must be 21 or older to book. To finalize your reservation, you'll need to complete a rental agreement, submit a valid government-issued photo ID, and authorize a refundable $300 security deposit hold. If bringing a pet, a $150 non-refundable pet fee applies.
